Yah right I am going to keep up with a blog...no no, I can do it...NOPE, didn't do it. LOL. Oh well, ya know what? Sometimes being a mom takes over everything else. Needless to say, this last summer was a summer of everything else being more important. It was a summer of change, eye openings, failures, new beginnings, hard work, more change... but man oh man, am I sitting at my desk just grateful for everything I have. I am one blessed mother who loves my kids and family more than anything.
Yesterday at my nephew's soccer game, my son Ryan was being...oh...a TAD hyper. Right, right...I know, nothing new. Well I so nicely asked my sister to take him home with her. I did this jokingly of course but right in front of Ryan. She declined (LOL) and Ryan said to me "Mom, you miss me when I'm gone for the weekend". He's right. I think every mother has experienced this. I love you but you are driving me crazy and I'd like to give you away. But the truth is that we love our kids fiercely.
